-Full Snatch

Spend approximately 15-20 minutes breaking down the movement of the snatch, focusing on technique.

 

FINISHER

Every minute on the minute perform 1 Snatch.If the lift is successful add 5kg, no other increments can be used and will not count. You can have as many attempts as you want within the minute, however if you cannot successfully complete a lift within the minute you are done.

 

Women weight:

15kg, 20kg, 25kg, 30kg, 35kg, 40kg, 45kg, 50kg, 55kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75kg…etc

 

Mens weight:

20kg, 25kg, 30kg, 35kg, 40kg, 45kg, 50kg, 55kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75kg, 80kg, 85kg, 90kg, 95kg, 100kg, 105kg..etc
