In a team of 2 complete the following for time:
4 Rounds (total) for time, of:
-12 Push press (35kg/50kg)
-20 Burpees
-28 Front Squat (35kg/50kg)
SCALING
Reduce weight
One barbell per team. Only one person working at one time. The reps can be broken down however the athletes decide provided that the reps are divided evenly.
Each athlete complete 6 reps each for the push press, once all 12 reps have been completed both athletes move on to the burpees, each athlete completes 10 reps each, once all 20 reps are completed they move onto Front squats where they complete 14 reps each.
