Front squats at 75% of your 1 rep max

4 sets, 5 reps

If you do not have a 1 rep max use this session to find out what your 1 rep max is

FINISHER

In a team of 2, follow the leader style.

AMRAP in 7 minutes of:

-10 Wall balls

-10 Burpees

SCALING

Reduce weight or height

For the Finisher Athlete one completes 10 Wall balls and 10 Burpees, they then high five their partner and Athlete 2 can then start their 10 Wall balls.
