FINISHER
In a team of 2, follow the leader style.
AMRAP in 7 minutes of:
-10 Wall balls
-10 Burpees
SCALING
Reduce weight or height
For the Finisher Athlete one completes 10 Wall balls and 10 Burpees, they then high five their partner and Athlete 2 can then start their 10 Wall balls.
