WOD
In a 5 minute window complete:
-15 Unbroken Overhead Squats
(Heaviest weight possible)
-Max Double unders
SCALING
Single skips
The idea is to go as heavy as possible on the overhead squat.
All 15 reps must be unbroken.
If an athlete completes 10 reps and drops the bar they must start again. It is the choice of the athlete if they want to remain at the same weight or drop the weight down.
The double unders act as a tie breaker.
If two people lift the same weight but one person does more double unders the person with the higher number of double unders wins.
The barbell can be taken from the rack.
