Warm up should include mobility for the squat and overhead to improve positions.
When going for your 1 rep max attempt you must get the coach to watch you otherwise the lift is not official.
If you are trying to beat a score on the Gym Record board it MUST be filmed.
WOD
Establish a new 1 rep max for the following lifts:
– Back squat
– Shoulder press
– Deadlift
