WOD

AMRAP in 8 minutes, of:
– 4 Handstand push up
– 8 KB swing (24kg/32kg)
– 12 Ab-mat sit-upS

SCALING
Handstand push-ups- 2 Wall climbs
KB Swings- Reduce weight
