Reduce weight
Reduce height
Muscle up Transition
While Athlete 1 is completing 25 Wall Balls Athlete 2 is trying to do as many Muscle ups as possible. Once Athlete 1 has completed their 25 reps the athletes switch over. The score is the total number of muscle up completed.
