-7 Thrusters (25kg/35kg)
-7 Pull ups
-7 Burpees
Super Elite/Specialists: 20 minutes
Games Level Athletes: 18 minutes
Regional Level Athletes: 13 minutes
Open Level Athletes: 9 minutes

Scale to 5 reps for all movements, so 5 Thrusters, 5 Pull-up, 5 Burpees
