Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

-Shoulder presses (32.5kg/52.5kg)

Each time you break, perform 50 double-unders

 

Then, complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

-Hang power cleans (50kg/80kg)

Each time you break, perform 30 Air squats

 

SCALING
Reduce weight

25 Double unders

100 Singles

 

Athlete 1 starts with the shoulder press and completes as many reps as possible once they break Athlete 2 starts with the shoulder press and completes as many reps as possible whilst Athlete 1 is doing 50 Double unders.
