-30 Power Snatches (30kg/50kg)
-13 Pull-ups

Only one athlete working at one time.
Athletes can divide the 30 snatches up into single or multiple reps before switching over. Both athletes must complete 15 reps each. Once all 30 reps are completed both athletes can move onto the pull-ups.
On the pull-ups only one athlete is working at one time and again the reps can be divided up into single or multiple reps. A minimum of 6 reps must be completed by either athlete 1 or 2, the other athlete must then make up the extra rep.
