WOD

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

-60 Burpees over the bar

-30 Overhead squats (40kg/60kg)

-10 Pull-ups

SCALING

Reduce weight

Step over on the burpee

Ring rows

In the Burpees over the bar, step over is NOT allowed.

Two footed jump only, unless you are scaling the workout.
