WOD
In a team of 2 complete the following for time:
10 Rounds for time, 5 Rounds each of:
-20 Pull-ups
-30 Push-ups
-40 Ab-mat Sit-ups
-50 Air Squats
SCALING
-Ring rows
-Push-ups on knees
Athlete 1 completes 1 full round of 20 Pull-ups, 30 Push-ups, 40 Sit-ups, 50 Air squats they will then high-five their partner to start.
Athlete 2 will then complete 1 full round.
