5 Rounds each, (10 Rounds in total)
– 5 Deadlifts (50kg/70kg)
– 5 Shoulder to overhead (50kg/70kg)
– 30 Double unders
SCALING
Reduce weight
15 Double unders or 60 Singles
Athlete 1 completes one round of:
5 Deadlifts
5 Shoulder to overhead
30 Double unders.
High five partner to switch over.
