In a team of 4 complete the following for time:
– 50 Wall walks
– 75 Forward & backward roll
(1FR+1BR = 1rep)
– 150 Pistols (Alternating)
– 200 Handstand push-ups
SCALING
Stationary inch worm
x2 Barrel roll (sideways roll)
Pistols to a box, plate under heel
HSPU to an ab-amt, HSPU to plate and ab-mat, HSPU on box
Athletes can share up the workload as needed. All 50 wall walks must be complete before moving onto the forward and backwards rolls.
