“Strongman Gone Bad”
In teams of 6 complete the following;
7 minutes on every station followed by a 3 minute rest after each station.
– Power cleans (40kg/70kg) 2 people working at once
– Max relay Prowler pushes 30m (62kg/85kg)
– Max Wall balls (7kg/9kg) 2 people working at once
– Max Burpee Box Jumps (24”/ 30”) 2 people working at once.
