As a team of 2 complete the following;
Part 1
– 10 Overhead squats (40kg/60kg)
– 10 Box jumps (20″/24″)
– 10 Thrusters (40kg/60kg)
– 10 Hang power cleans (40kg/60kg)
– 10 Toes to bar
Part 2
– 10 Toes to bar
– 10 Hang power cleans
– 10 Thrusters
– 10 Box jumps
– 10 Overhead squats
Instructions
One athlete from the team of 2 completes part 1 of the workout. Once the first athlete finishes their last toe to bar from part 1 of the workout, the 2nd athlete can start part 1 of the workout.
Once athlete 2 complete their last toe to bar, they tag their team mate and athlete 1 starts part 2 of the workout. Once athlete 1 has finished the last overhead squat athlete 2 can start part 2 of the workout.
