– x3 Overhead barbell lunge with press behind head
With the barbell starting on the shoulders behind the head, lunge right leg forward. With the knee touching the ground, press from behind head three times. Repeat on left leg.
Only when you’ve finished 3 reps on each leg can you increase in weight. Starting weight is 20kg.
