The 2012 CrossFit Open has come to a close and we can get the gym and training back to normality. So what did you gain from doing the Open?
Hopefully you have an idea of what direction you want to take your training. The open should have quite literally opened your eyes to the strengths and weaknesses you have in your training. Take a look back at the 5 workouts, was your strength in the workouts that were under 7 minutes or the workouts that were over 10? Did your technique in the movements let you down? Or was it the high repetitions that got you?
