In 6 minutes get as far as possible in the gymnastic ladder
– 1 Deadhang pull up
– 1 Dip
– 1 Burpee
– 2 Deadhang pull ups
– 2 Dips
– 2 Burpees
etc
Immediately followed by another 6 minute ladder
– 1 Pistol
– 1 Toes to bar
– 1 Box jump (20″/24″)
– 2 Pistols
– 2 Toes to bar
– 2 Box jumps
